Refurb not always a bad thing
Purchased this for our middle schooler once we were forced into home schooling. Even with it being a refurb, it has been perfect.

It doesn't turn on let alone boot up!
I just received my HP Pro today. I have it plugged in and charging for a while now. The screen size is NOT 14" and worse yet this laptop won't turn on let alone boot. i can't afford to pay thousands of dollars to have a laptop which is why I chose to purchase this and now I am out nearly 300 since I purchased an extended warranty. Not sure what I will do now since i am working from home until this covid 19 passes

For what it is it's fine no CD drive small hd but its fast now I'll upgrade the harddrive

Was great, but it's dead now!
At first I was really pleased with this product, but now (7 months later) it's got a bad motherboard.

Windows would not activate, scratches, unusable
Unfortunately the laptop came with an unauthorized version of Windows that wouldn't activate. There were two large scratches on the over of the laptop. I contacted the seller twice but only received an auto responder message back.
