Superbe TV, but is there any point?
I bought this primarily to use as a PC monitor on my very large desk. Two years ago, my old Samsung monitor died, but, as I was then having vision issues with cataracts, I bought a cheap TCL 43" 4K tv as a stop-gap. Now that my eyesight has been restored, the time was right to get a proper replacement ... or so I thought. The new Samsung arrived promptly, and was quickly set up without any difficulty. It immediately showed its quality with stunning colours and definition, displaying my desktop slideshow photos with a clarity and vibrancy which made the images seem almost three-dimensional. However, I had to admit that the improvement over the TCL it was replacing was actually only minimal. Make no mistake, this Samsung has superbe picture quality, but it serves to demonstrate less its own superiority than the outstanding quality of the TCL at half the price (albeit with inferior sound quality). Next, it was time to test it out as a TV, which admittedly is its proper function. Over to Netflix ... hmmm, just about everything has been filmed in dark, washed-out colours, so no opportunity for the Samsung to show off its brilliant colours. Amazon Prime Video, same thing. Over to terrestrial TV ... no 4K broadcast, so again no opportunity for the Samsung to show off its qualities. Have I just wasted a lot of money on an expensive TV that has very little opportunity to display its capabilities? I wonder, but you will have to decide for yourself whether its worth the while. As smart TVs get smarter, you get more and more features and functions, which may or may not be a good thing. More features and functions means more steps necessary to perform simple functions. For instance, to get subtitles on my old TV, all I needed to do was to click on the subtitles button on the remote. With this Samsung, clicking on the subtitles button calls up an Accessibility menu, on which I have to scroll right down to the subtitles options and make my selection. That's progress for you.

Great TV with amazing value for the price.
The TV (Samsung 43 Inch Q65C QLED HDR 4K Smart TV 2023) is very easy to set up. It has an excellent picture, good sound quality, and internet features, with a very quick response.I’m really pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend it.

Good value for money.
Had to replace a Hisense TV that suddenly died. The TV has a premium feeling to it and the colors are really good considering the fact it is not OLED. The TV also offers a ‘Game mode’ which really enhances contrast. The bezels are thin and the Samsung interface is working quickly and instinctively. Only issue for me is that there are only two main HDMI ports, so I often need to switch cables when connecting different devices.

A truly magnificent Samsung telly
This Samsung TV is a splendid package. It entertains with beautiful, vibrant colours and splendid clear sound. The picture is breathtaking sharp and, best of all, it is economical with power usage.

Lovely picture
I bought this as an upgrade on our sony which suddenly gave up, its a very clear picture no judder or lagging in the picture even when all hell's breaking loose, watching transformers and the built in surround with the following sound really sparked up voices heard of screen before the person appeared on screen and in the big battle at the end noises were coming from all over, the remotes is quite nifty as well you get 2 remotes one looks as usual with all the buttons but you also get a solar remote that controls fewer functions but charges in daylight. Now the bad points for me, you can't organise the channels they remain as 1,2 3 etc so I like to put the hd at the beginning but can't, you can make a favourite set of channels but you need to navigate through the menus to get to them, the instructions aren't clear that you can adjust the legs before you fit them and its a bit unnerving to find you have to bang them up to make them click in place other than them points its a stunning tv and would highly recommend it

Bought for gaming as well as TV viewing
Great tv, excellent picture quality. Have bought Samsung TVs for a number of years now and have never been disappointed. The only downside is the length of time they take to set up nowadays, really wish they'd simplify the process.
