Very sturdy. On my bed side all the time.
It's very sturdy. Doest bend under weight or over time because it cannot. It is all solid construction. All movements get locked. And there is a step size to every monument.The adjustability is great. Size is also good.I use to watch youtube videos and phones call hands free.
