Works exactly as advertised.
Easy to use. Very fast. Allowed me to copy and upgrade my laptop in just a few steps and very quickly. Small, lightweight, generated zero heat (cool running). Well made Well designed.

Very easy to use with any computer!
Works perfectly. Makes transferring/copying data from m.2 to any laptop/desktop a snap. USB 3 makes the data transfer faster. I'm very happy with this device!

Good unit.
Easy use, USB 3.0 gives you decent speed with working with m.2 drives, insert is depressed so if you have a cooler on your drive it might not fit, otherwise it works great.

Works great, short USB cable.
This is a good product. It is easy to use, with one exception - the USB cable is too short to reach the ports on most tower PCs. How about adding another 12-18 inches?

Works decently enough.
I had to take the device apart due to the gap not being big enough to fit a SSD with heatsink. Even with it apart it did it's job. Depending on the type of drive or the manufacturer of the drive, you may not get the max speed for transfers. I have a Samsung 1TB 850 EVO SSD drive (almost 10 years old) and transfered 750 GB of different file types in a little over an hour at max speed of 525 MB/Second. While my Western Digital 1TB (primary) SSD drive (7 years old), also had mixed files that were approximately 100gb together, would take over 2 hrs. I had one 60 GB folder take seconds, and other folder with the same size take almost an hour.. It really depends on the files and device you are transfering from/to. The device doesn't allow your computer to register the type of SSD you are mounting to it, their is no communication so you can't really do adequate checks, or diagnostics on the drive.

Great Value & Works Perfectly
This docking station works perfectly. I upgraded my PC hardware and needed to clone my sata SSD drive to a Samsung M.2 SSD and this external adapter did the trick. As M.2 NVMe drives become more widely used I'm sure that I'll be using it more frequently in the future.

Failed after one week
Worked for a week - then didn't work at all. It was running great while it worked, then the status light on the unit went out, disappeared from Windows 11 and won't come back on. The SSD just has a solid red light (no communication). Restarted, Tried a different usb cable to be sure. Yup, the dock is bricked. I just hope it didn't destroy the M2 SSD on it's way out. Maybe mine was a lemon, or maybe this is just a super cheap part. Probably both.

Saves a ton of time
Solid solution if you're managing a large set of nvme drives for work or in a constrained time. Useful buy and very nice to have.
