Better than others I have tried...
Mostly working with a 2022 Subaru ForesterI have tried several of these Wireless Android Adapters, the last one being the AAWireless model, which I used for over 6 months. That model had connection issues and you had to install an app to set it up and make adjustments.I got fed up and wanted to try another model, this being the cheapest I came across that at least sounded decent, I gave it a try. To my surprise, it really was just plug and play. No app, no fine tweaking, no hassle it just works. One thing I have noticed is that the music coming off my phone has better clarity than I have gotten with my past models. It is not best because you are still transmitting via Bluetooth and that has a natural weakness in sound. But as a whole, the navigation works if I use either Google Maps or Waze, the phone calls are clear and a solid connection and as I mentioned my music has sounded better. All in all, it is a WIN.

Works but not seamless for SoundStream head units
Based on other reviews I knew this wireless Android Auto adapter worked for some and not for others. The price was reasonable enough to take a chance. The unit technically *did* work on a SoundStream head unit but, from the moment of starting the vehicle, it required too much time (well over 30 seconds) to connect as well as waiting to manually accept the connection via notification on the the phone screen *every time* to make it work. This was far too inconvenient compared to simply plugging in the USB (which then also charges the phone).Once connected all worked fine on our SoundStream unit and the price is very reasonable. Based on that and others having success -without- the connection hoopla I'm happy to rate 4/5 stars but it's still "buyer beware" in terms of whether it will play nicely with your particular head unit.

It works surprisingly well
Based on my experience using the Ramay Android Auto wireless dongle, I can say that it works surprisingly well. I have a Hyundai Tucson, and I use a Galaxy S22+ phone, and the setup process was straightforward and easy, requiring only one Bluetooth connection, if I recall correctly. The sound and video quality is good, with only minor compression artifacts on the screen, which are not distracting or annoying. However, in densely populated areas, I noticed some audio connection interference, which could be a concern for some users. The connection to the car establishes quickly, within 20 seconds of starting the engine, which is convenient. The compact design of the dongle blends in with the tray area and does not look out of place.Overall, I'm impressed with the performance of the Ramay Android Auto wireless dongle, and I would recommend it to those looking to switch to wireless Android Auto.

Totally works and nearly half the cost of some of the others
I tried one of the particular name brand AA wireless dongles and after only 3 days it was freezing up. The music also would repeat and there was some echoing kind of feedback for the 3 days that it actually seemed to work. I went back to the wired cable and waited a few months. Saw this Ramay unit referenced on a google tech site as actually working and being literally nearly half the price as some of the others. Decided to give it a whirl. I have had it almost a month now and it connects reliably. Audio works great. No freeze ups. Makes it convenient when driving locally to not have to have my phone plugged in for the routine daily commute to work and other usual errands.

Works 99% of the time
This thing is awesome. Works with my S22 ultra a Fold 5. No issues connecting to my Kia K5 or GMC Terrain. When I do have the rare issue of not connecting simply unplugging and reconnecting solves the issue. My only complaint is my usb ports supply power even when the car is off so if I'm near it in the driveway it will try to connect but it's a minor annoyance for me but may be a deal breaker for others

Did not work
I have a Google pixel 7. I followed the instructions, paired device (which immediately disconnected) and waited a few minutes for the car (Honda pilot) to see the link. No reaction.I tried w a pixel 6 w the same result. Product does not work, I returned immediately. Don't waste your time. :/

Works as it should
The device works as it should but while in multi view mode on screen, the unit does freeze up, the music still plays but you can't change anything and the touch interaction freezes. As long as your screen shows only music or Google maps, it works just fine and I like the fact that you simply start the vehicle and it automatically connects every time. I have used this for a week and once you figure out some quirks, it is a decent device for the price.
