I could eat this right out of the bag, but I choose instead to use it anytime I have a recipe that calls for traditional flour. I find it easier and tastier to use than pork rind crumbs, which often overpower other ingredients, so it's become a staple in meatloaf, chicken fried steak, etc. Love this product!

This premium chicken breast flour makes a delicious breading and seasoning. It is made from antibiotic-free chicken and Redmonds salt. There are 12 grams of protein in less than one oz. It has the same texture as grain flours and mixes easily with other breading ingredients.

The price is ridiculous.

Great for carnivore meatballs , carnivore pozza or breaded chicken breast without the carbs. You get added protein as well tastes really good and don’t miss the carbs

Doing the carnivore diet it is hard to find something like this. Although it was easy to do like breading anything else, I felt it was a little gritty.

i made a couple of bread recipes using this product, but did not particularly enjoy the flavor. I have been using it as a sprinkle on top of edges and am liking that.

Just love all these substitutes available that works well, quality and texture.

I made muffins in my air fryer with this. Slathered with a delicious sweet cream butter, they are, for me, something I will need to make now and again. Just being able to bite into a muffin or bread made with this product was a treat for my mouth because other than something like that I only eat steak. So just the different texture is worth it. The muffins came out light and fluffy, I was surprised because I was kind of expecting them to be heavy and dense, but that was not the case. Make no mistake though, they taste like meat, your brain thinks your eating a bran muffin, and your mouth reminds you that your eating meat. It doesn't taste bad, it is just different. For me, this will be an occasional addition to eating the Carnivore way.
