This review is on taste onlyI’ll do another in six months to see if hair and nails improve and also my blood work. Unfortunately since the FDA doesnt oversee them, nutritional supplements are taken on faith… I’ll share if the biotin shows in my blood work… 10k is overkill but the extra is just released in your urine. It also warps some of your blood work so if you are going to hospital dont use for a few days before blood tesrs. I learned this from experience. I think the flavor is great and I keep it on my bedside table and take them in the morning. There is no yucky after taste and they are very sweet.
