No chemicals usage in this decaf because they use the Swiss water process NOT chemicals to decaffeinate it The coffee is 99.9% caffeine free says their website

Is this a low acid coffe?

Yes I find it very low acid. I am intolerant to acid coffee beans and was delighted to find this.

I'm rather confused: the best by date on my packaging is 09/14/21.I tried the beans and the taste is very off.Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Ok. Website says the shelf life is one year from roasting. I just ordered a bag of KH Dark Roast Decaf on ~11/01/21. I received it a few days later with an “ENJOY DATE” of 12-16-21. That means my bag of coffee was sitting around for 10.5 months before being sent to me within 1.5 months of bag expiration. I would entirely expect to receive a more recently roasted bag than this!!!

Do you carry the decaf in ground coffee?

I ordered the beans only. But they made a good, rich, chocolate tasting coffee.
