My ford manual says the recommended coolant is vc-7-b, and the one shown here is vc-7dil-b so are they the same?

they are the same, one is a concentrate which means you have to add 50% distilled water to it before adding. the dil means its already diluted so you can add it to your radiator right out of the botlle.

This is what Google is for. The answer is “no”. This is Ford’s Gold coolant, you need Orange/Yellow equivalent for your vehicle.

I don't see the problem. This is what is recommended for my 2022 Ford Roush Ranger. Check your owners manual or Google what Ford coolant is recommended for your truck.

It indicated "ford motorcraft premium gold engine coolant" but this doesn't say "premium" nor can i fond that product. is this the same?

Premium is Ford's fluorescent green-colored, conventional, ethylene glycol-based antifreeze/coolant (Ford Specification ESE-M97B44-A), this is Ford's Gold yellow-colored, longer-life, ethylene glycol-based antifreeze/coolant (Ford Specification WSS-M97B51-A1)
