Used in meditations and ritual practices, black candles are used to absorb negative energy and help banish evil. Soy candles burn cleaner and longer than paraffin candles. Unlike paraffin wax, a gasoline by-product, soy wax is a natural product derived from soybeans and is non toxic. due to its low burning temperature, soy candles tend to outlast paraffin candles in burn time.
