Have a large greenhouse that needed the verdigris cleaning from the glass, was very easy to set up and needed no chemicals, just elbow grease. See from the photos how well it cleaned (only cleaned the top half so far to give a contrast for the photo) Well pleased,

Arrived quickly, easy to put together and easy to use. A bit wobbly at full extension but once the brush is on the window it's fine. Only slight issue is that the squeedgy tends to twist on the peg. Might need to pad out the handle to keep it firmly in place. Overall, I'd recommend this product.

Great quality item, recommended

We bought this as our window cleaner has retired and there is no other available. It arrived more swiftly than expected. However, the packing box was in two parts with no apparent attempt to tape them together. The pole itself seems robust although time will tell if the clamps remain solid. The squeegee provided didn't seem to be of the greatest quality. The socket in the handle of the squeegee that fits over the attachment gadget at the end of the pole is slightly too large, meaning that it swivels round unless the pressure on it is absolutely straight. Replacing the squeegee and adding some packing material to the attachment socket should solve the problem. The brush and water jets work fine. The hose connector on the end of the water tube is good, solid brass. However it didn't hold securely into the similar connector on our hose: my wife had to hold the two together. In all, it's fine for our needs - cleaning the upstairs windows on our home and a couple of Velux roof lights - and we can make it work well enough. I would be skeptical of this as a professional grade tool, however, without some adjustments.

The pole turned up and was fine the subsequent tank for the backpack you need turned up and it does not work so I am still unable to use this at all. Customer service diabolically slow and still I cannot use the product !! MONSTER GET YOUR FINGER OUT !!

J'ai utilisé ce produit pour brosser ma maison en bois. J'aurais besoin que les poils de la brosse soient plus rigides. Par contre la tête en plastique retenant la brosse a cassé à la première utilisation. Avec une rondelle et un écrou j'ai pu compenser et ça marche bien. J'ai aussi du tout démonter et coller les séparation de la perche car ça ne tenait pas très bien dans mon utilisation mais maintenant c'est bon. Bref moyennant pas mal de bricolage ça reste un bon produit et mon utilisation n'est pas prévu à l'origine.

Super Produkt. Habe damit meine PV Anlage auf dem Dach gereinigt. Eine stabile Teleskopstange, eine perfekte bürste (nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich) und ein sanfter Wasserstrahl. Einzig der Wasserschlauch hat nach dem ersten Gebrauch schon so einige Macken abbekommen, dieser könnte etwas robuster sein. Desswegen ein Stern abzug. Komplett ausgefahren ist das Handling etwas schwierig aber die Gesetze der Physik kann das Produkt auch nicht ändern!
