These are decent, but normal sized, capsules. I take two every night before bed. Since starting them, my racing thoughts at night have diminished and my quality of sleep has improved. I have purchased this product 6 times says Prime and its good stuff, I believe it helps. But I won't anymore, will find some other way. Why? because this retailer Nutraceuticals is f----d up enough to price it at almost $30 dollars. Really? does it need to cost that much? probably not. Maybe just cashing in on people trying to help themselves cope a bit better. Dosage is 3 capsules per day, which means it doesnt last very long. Certainly not the only one out there taking full advantage of a product folks would like to use on a regular. Shame on Nutraceuticals and any other manufacturers of good products that people want and NEED but many cannot afford. hope this reaches them

So I started taking these because I had extremely high stress levels from taking care of my mom (who had dementia) for the last 10 years of her life. I had gottto the point where I only slept 2.5 - 3 hours at a time, with an afternoon nap of an hour. Needless to say, after mom passed, my body crashed and I could barely get up to walk to the bathroom for almost a year. Fast forward 15 months, and Im at least able to walk somewhat around my house, but I still cant sleep well, and when I do I feel nothing but anxiety in my body. My mind races, and its hard to shut it down. Also, I have uncontrollable cravings for the weirdest pizza, that makes me even sicker. I know what to do, but haven't been able to get the cravings under control so that I can do the other things like meditation, eating healthy, etc... ChatGPT recommended something that had the Ashwagandha & 5HTP in it, and I found this product. BEH-BAY! This has been so helpful! I started with only taking 1 pill versus the full dosage because I saw where people said it can mess with your stomach and I have bad GI issues. So I thought I would ease into it. But with just taking 1 of these pills at nighttime (thatwhen the cravings & restlessness kick in) Ive noticed that Im able to regain some control over my stress levels, and I dont seem to crave the foods as much. I still might get them, but before I could polish off a whole thin crust medium onion & pineapple pizza w/bbq sauce in one sitting (I told you the craving was weird, lol). Now, I might go thru 1 pizza in 2 days. Also, Im starting to crave salads again. Ive only been taking this for about 3 weeks. Today I upped the dose to 2 pills (the recommended is 3), so I'll see how I do in a few weeks. I almost NEVER write reviews, but this has been so helpful I actually took time out and purposefully let folks know how this supplement has helped me.

It works well, but make sure urine smell absolutely disturbing. It is not worth it! I was having really bad mood swings also so I don't recommend it if you have issues with mid swings already. But it worked well with what I was looking for which were my anxiety so I don't know I could take it or leave it. But I would not recommend it because of the way that it made my urine smell it was absolutely disgusting!!!!
