Comprehensive and Well Written
Like many in the marketing automation game, I have been saddled with assessing the readiness of a multi-national corporation for the Google and Yahoo Inbox Protection changes that were announced in October. While researching books on the subject, I stumbled across Chad's book, and HOLY COW! I wish I'd gotten the book and read it cover to cover a long time ago!This book, and the accompanying frameworks guide are the most detailed, informative, technically relevant book on the challenges of managing email marketing I've seen. If you're looking for help with your perspective on how to manage any aspect of your email marketing program, this book is for you! I HIGHLY recommend it!

Required reading for all new employees
Every person that we hire, I make read this book. The books lets us focus on the things important to our company not the mechanics of email marketing. The book has made onboarding new employees so much easier.
