An Absolute Gamechanger for Anyone Struggling With PCOS
This book has absolutely changed my life. I read it in less than a week. I was struggling with PCOS symptoms and nothing seemed to be working. I found this book and learned about the 4 root causes of PCOS. I had no idea there were different types - let alone different methods for treating them! I was able to identify my root cause and immediately transform my diet and lifestyle. Just adopting the PCOS Repair breakfast alone was a huge gamechanger. After just a few months of implementing the repair methods in the book, my body is feeling so much better. I feel excited and hopeful for the first time in a long time. I finally feel like I understand how PCOS actually works and am able to take care of my body properly. I am realizing that most of my health issues over the years are actually related to my PCOS, which has changed the way I approach my overall health. The knowledge Tam has provided in this book is invaluable. There are a lot of PCOS myths out there, and Tam's book debunks them and provides real, science-backed information. It is so comforting to know that not only does she write from personal experience, but has spent many years specifically studying PCOS and curating products that actually work. I have recently started implementing some of her products and am excited to see how they help my body over the next few months. Very educational
I was recently diagnosed with pcos and this really helped me learn about the condition and ways to help manage it. It's very educational and i think everyone with pcos should consider reading this book

Being restlessly(last year) diagnosed with pcos I wanted to start learning what I need to help learn my body. This is the first book I have read and it was helpful. Easy analogy’s to help me understand.

I definitely recommend
I have learned so much about my body with this book stuff I would wish there could teach females in school. Definitely will be a book I pass down to my daughters. Teaches how to use natural ingredients to help your pcos meals to eat and how to eat.

While it may be helpful for someone just starting to learn about PCOS, those already familiar with the condition might find it lacking in fresh or detailed content.

Simple yet effective
I ended up getting pregnant shortly after implementing these simple yet effective methods. I’ve read other books on repairing my PCOS and this is by far the best one. The methods are easy to implement and actually work!
