Buldak Korean Spicy Chicken Stir Fried Ramen Original Flavor Spicy Noodles Authentic Korean Ramyun 4.94 oz (Pack of 5)

This is good quality and better than the local grocery. The noodles are thick and take 5 minutes to cook vs 1 or 1 1/2 for the college student ones. It is quite spicy. I like spice as much as anyone but I have already reduced the amount I use from the package and I will reduce again the next time. I only just learned you can make a better meal by adding things to the bowl. So far I have added cooked shrimp and a boiled egg sliced in half. I'm sure Mr. Google can give you more ideas. The price is excellent too!

These are my favorite ramen noodles. However, i wish they were a little cheaper! ha-ha but they have such good flavor to them and tons of spice! I LOVE spicy food, so they aren't too bad for me. I love how they also sell the sauce in a bottle too so sometimes i add extra sauce to it! I highly recommend these ramen noodles to anyone who loves spicy food. I can't get enough of these! I go through a bag every 2 weeks! ha-ha

I got curious enough during Spicy Noodle Challenge times to order this 5-pack. It's a better deal per unit than ordering just one, but I was hesitant because, you know, if it wound up being inedibly hot, I didn't want to be stuck with 4 packets of unwanted ramen. Eventually, my love of ramen and my sense of adventure took over and I hit the order button. I would rate my spice tolerance as higher than average, so I wasn't sure what to expect. When it comes to the Spicy Noodle Challenge, there are a whole lot of highly dramatic videos and reviews, and then there are some spice-acclimated people going, 'yeah, it's spicy, but whatevs'. So, I was a little afraid in case it *was* actually nuclear spice levels, but I also suspected that I would be in the latter category. I made the ramen and the aroma was deceptively mellow, so I was a bit surprised at the heat at the first bite. Definitely very spicy. "Oh no," I thought, "If this is the first bite, it's gonna get so bad." But then, interestingly, the heat kind of mellowed out from there. It didn't build and accumulate as I continued to eat, it just stayed about the same level as the initial heat. My mouth was burning, for sure, but I was able to finish it without any struggle. It's definitely spicy and I can definitely see people with lower spice tolerances finding it a challenge! I had the foresight to put lip balm on, so my lips weren't burning that bad.. my sinuses cleared, causing my nose to run, and I had some residual burning in my mouth for maybe 20 minutes afterward. A bit later, a mild capsaicin high kicked in, which was nice. The noodles are stellar and are probably the best I’ve found in instant ramen. They have the best texture, very pleasantly chewy and firm. Flavor-wise, to be honest, it's almost all heat/spice, which overwhelms the other flavors. Every now and then, the chicken/seaweed/sesame flavor comes through, and it's good, but it's like one bite out of four. The rest, it's just a lot of spiciness that overwhelms the palate. However, I liked them so much that I not only finished a 5-pack, I ordered another! :D

These noodles have a perfect amount of spice for someone who enjoys some heat. The flavor is pretty good, but with a few additions, you can take your bowl to another level. Add a tablespoon or two of heavy cream, a tablespoon of your chili crisp of choice, a teaspoon of sugar, a little white pepper, and a small splash of toasted sesame oil. YOU WILL BE ADDICTED.

Very spicy but I love spicy food

These are the best noodles I've ever had!!! You can find them at Walmart for the same price. I've had a few of the different flavors but this my favorite.

I like the spicy flavor. This one is VERY HOT vurns my mouth. I like that

I once fancied myself a connoisseur of spicy foods, but no longer harbor that delusion. A review of this lava ramen will be forthcoming once my taste buds have regrown their nerve endings. I only write to warn other foolish souls that unless you daily drink Da Bomb, this ramen is Not For You.

I bought this as it is described as very hot. I tend to eat fairly spicy and hot. I was not disappointed. If you are looking for eye-wateringly hot instant noodles, then I recommend you try these noodles. The only issue that I can find, is that it comes in a pack of 5.

Very delicious but VERY spicy. The secret to avoid the burning sensation in your mouth, eat them with fried eggs.

Very hot and tasty, I add chicken and vegetables, delicious.

Ich habe statt 8x5er Packungen, 40 singels bekommen. Deshalb muss ich leider diesem Produkt ein Stern geben, da ich hier AUSDRÜCKLICH 5x140g packungen Bestellt habe wie vom Produkt hier BEWORBEN wurde (siehe Screenshot, Maße und Gewicht sind die von der 5er Packung) um WILLENTLICH einzelpackungen zu umgehen. Dieses Produkt zirkuliert in vielen Markten deutlich nach dem MHD(mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum) herum und ganz zufälligerweise steht das MHD nicht!! auf den Einzelverpackungen. Ich kann durch fehlendes MHD nicht nachweisen, dass die Produkte abgelaufen sind UND ich kann auch nicht wissen wie Lange ich diese halten kann. Ganz abgeschwiegen davon weiß ich nicht wie legal es ist Lebensmittel zu verkaufen ohne das eine MHD drauf ist. Ich zahle gerne mehr, ich bin vielleicht in dem Fall sehr penibel, aber ich habe willentlich die big box geholt, wo ich weiß das da eine MHD drauf ist um genau sowas zu vermeiden und werde leider trotzdem enttäuscht und habe eventuell abgelaufene Ware untergejubelt bekommen ohne nachweisen zu können dass das so/ oder auch NICHT so ist.
