Great when it works, which is most of the time, however there have been a few crashes now and then. It's easy enough to end the process and start up again. The only reason i give 4 and not 5 stars.

This device is a rare product to find. I am enjoying it so far although I can agree with some other reviews saying that the dials could’ve felt a bit more premium given the price of this device. They’re a bit wobbly and they don’t have a tactile feel or much resistance when rotating each dial.The click each dial provides is good however as it is crisp.The software side of things has been important to get this device functioning. It is something which the BEACN support team on discord has helped me with because it had a few issues when using it at first.The support team has been helpful and swift in resolving my issues with suggestions.One thing I’ve noticed is the BEACN software development team takes a long time to introduce features which have been promised. For example themes has been promised over a year ago. They tend to release software updates every 3-4 months and their most recent update they have taken a “one for all” approach as they introduced a “auto dimming” feature which dims the display when not touched for a few minutes. I heavily dislike when developers take it upon themselves to add a feature without giving the user the option to toggle it off. Now I will have to wait months to get this feature removed if they even decide to listen to the community (as several people have said how they dislike this feature).I’ve had this product for about a week and it still faces some technical issues such as, when I got audio outputting, it should show a grey bar around the audio level to indicate how much audio is coming through. This sometimes does not work which can be frustrating.The display is very good looking and it will power off if you don’t have the application opened (which makes sense).The USB C cable sits right in the middle of the back of the device which may be a problem for some but not for others. For me this was okay.I am pleased to have purchased this product over all.
