I don’t do smoothies so I just mix it 1 tbsp into a little water and chug it. It tastes like grass clippings but it’s reduced my appetite and given me more energy. Will definitely buy again!

Unfortunately I had no increased energy or felt anything at all using this. Disappointed but if you just want to get in your greens the ingredients will help.

I purchased this greens powder as the previous brand I tried I really didn't like and after reading positive reviews, I felt compelled to give this a go. To be honest, I haven't tried it by itself, with with water, but only in my morning smoothies. I like it! You can't really taste it, but I suppose that's because I'm blending it with frozen fruit and greek yogurt, but it's a great product to get your daily dose of vitamins and greens. It blends lovely. I will most likely give it a go with only water when I'm brave enough :)

I have used this product for just over 7 days, I take it in the morning mixed with water. For the first couple of days I didn't notice any effects, but day 3 I started to feel more energised and definitelyobserved an improvement in my sleep. I am a regular gym goer and this product is also a good pre workout drink, overall satisfied with the results, and I feel much more balanced. If your thinking about detoxification and better energy, I would definitely recommend.

I love this, and with it being in powder, I mix it in with my morning Drink. I feel it works great to clear out all of the bad stuff from my body and makes me feel great ! I really notice a difference when I have run out have not orered again for a few weeks. Great product! Highly Recommend :)
