Very comfortable. My XL Twin Mattress has a bit of a sag in the middle so I thought I'd try using this as a topper - let me tell you, it was great, I woke up without back pain for a change. I left it on for awhile but a 4" topper on top of a deep mattress is just too much height for regular sheets so I removed it & will try a different topper. Meanwhile I will use this for guests, and for a safety cushion when I'm doing some aerial yoga. I am super sensitive to smells, and I didn't notice anything at all. The zippered case that came with it is perfect for keeping it clean & out of the way when not in use. I may purchase a fold up frame for it, to use when we have guests. I'm really happy with my purchase, it doesn't hurt that I was watching prices so I snagged it when it was at it's lowest price point. Score!

I bought this because I didn’t like sleeping on the floor every night. It’s definitely more comfortable than the floor, but I still get backaches when I wake up and you can feel the floor on your hip if you lay on your side. Firmness is good for 4 inches of memory foam. Foldability, can’t mess up. I sweat at night, even on the floor, and warmth is there. No cool spots.It’s not a perfect mattress, but I’m giving it 5 stars because it does feel like a few inches of foam, and it’s my bad for assuming 4 inches would be good. It’s enough for now and I don’t have plans to buy something different, but I don’t love it.

I purchased this 4 inch memory foam mattress to use on an uncomfortable sleeper sofa. I was amazed at the support and comfort this mattress provides. I slept soundly every time I sleep on it. This mattress is moderately firm but not too much. It doesn’t even feel like I’m on an old sleeper sofa. I would definitely recommend this mattress for a good nights sleep. I like that it fold and has a storage bag to keep it clean when not in use.

Smell is there. I was worried when buying this about the smell. So in my opinion it is very pungent and "chemically" . The quality of the foam is decent, it seems to be about 4 inches. For a side sleeper this is more than enough for me and it is currently on top of bare carpet (I'm living a more minimalist experience). So for those who are frequent movers or don't/can't have a bed for whatever reason I'd say get this as it's cheap and effective. The only thing is the smell, I did vacuum the mattress a few times to help remove it but ultimately a fitted sheet is what worked best until this completely degasses.

Thicker than I imagined! Really comfy, even for an adult. Not as wide as a twin mattress, ore like width of a cot or if you slept on the couch. I just bought a second one so that I can lay them both side by side and basically make a foldable/portable queen sozed mattress. Only negative was that it smelled of chemicals fresh out of the plastic wrap, but I aired it out for a day and now its fine.

I have been very happy with this tri fold mattress. I am 215 lbs and sleep great on this on the floor or van camping. Nice washable cover and foam is comfortable. I do not feel the floor when sleeping. Full size is a little too wide for my 2019 Toyota Sienna van but it can be squished in. I ordered a second one in a single size. Folds away nicely.

It's very firm, but it's still comfortable. It's about as soft as whatever surface you have it laying on and you can feel that even more so where the mattress folds. I like the firmness of the mattress, though, and the wood from the box spring doesn't bother me much. That being said, I've been sleeping pretty well on it. It rolls up easily and takes up little space, great for if you have to use a room for multiple activities. However, it's not good at holding warmth; it's very "breathable". If your room is really cold, you're going to be able to feel it through the mattress ESPECIALLY where it folds.

These work but they are too soft. You can feel the ground after laying on them for a while. The ones we got said soft but I though at 4" it wouldn't compress so much that you would feel the ground. They are also quite narrow. I think a little wider and either a medium on the firm scale or a 6". I think the 4" medium would be the better way to go if they have that.
