Woks really well with my bilge pump it stops water from coming back to the bilge

Lower pressure only
Failed on a higher pressure pump, but easily fixed. Certainly fine for a bilge pump, as it is advertised for.

Make sure the ID of the hose is correct for the check valve connections.
I used this unit to stop water from getting back to my battery back up sump pump when a main unit would run. I wanted the battery back up unit to remain dry unless pushed into service.
