i lost the driver CD for this where can i download one for windows 10 64 Bit?

Just search google for Toyota tech stream windows 10 driver or look on YouTube they have tutorials on how to do it some videos have links to the drivers

Can any actual computer/network professionals give a legit assessment of the software/driver package? network traffic? shady processes? thanks!

Mine didn't come with a driver, I had to download it. The software needed to use the device "techstream" is not included. If you do want techstream you will have to buy it for alot of money, there is a way around it though and that can be shady.
