At first worked really poor, after 6 months time does not work at all

The first day it was working fairly well, the next day it stopped working, no steam was coming out of it, even though it was filled with water. I relied on the good reviews but my experience was very disappointing. I’m returning it back

Better steamer than my stand up one. It’s a little heavy, it’s a bit large for travel but really does work great.

Great steamer. Used this for a destination wedding. Heats up quickly. I like the fact that the base functions as a stand. Kind of big but is definitely a great product!

Utter JUNK, do NOT buy!!! I bought this in Aug of 2024...it sat in the box unused until I pulled it out to steam some items I needed for xmas decor.....nope...did NOT work. I read all instructions, etc. and noticed a video on here that showed same issue I am having with mine...when you go to steam, it makes some weird knocking sound and zero steam comes out. I am SO sick of manufacturers getting away with these crap products, lesson learned, I will try stuff out immediately so I can return it!!!
