I purchased this item and liked it so much that 3 weeks later I purchased another for a friend. The item works great, it feels good, with the right amount of pressure. I did ended up having issues with my sinuses and blurred vision. This was a result from a previous eye procedure. I contacted the seller and was provided a full refund for the 1 massager I was no longer able to use. Great customer service, and quick respond. I totally recommend this item for anyone looking for refreshed eyes through a nice relaxing experience-who has no had an eye procedure.

Great item to both relax and I think it’s helping me look less tired! I use it almost daily after work. It’s the perfect way to transition from work to a relaxing evening at home. Don’t we all need 15 minutes to reset after we walk into the house?! And I was able to use my FSA funds for the purchase.

I have a really bad dry eye issue along with eye allergies and a not properly healed scratched eye. I don't think i realized when i purchased that it including an eye massager but I needed something with heat since it was rec by my dr. With the weather slowly changing, my eyes have been getting really dry and painful at night so I decided to try this out, after it's been sitting in the box for a few months. I like the fact that this has the 4 settings but I wish they would let you choose 1 option at a time instead of their settings. However, the heat is the BEST part about this eye mask for my dry eyes. Waking up at 2a with a red, scratchy eye that can't stand the light is one of the hardest things to deal with and gives me anxiety along with not being able to get comfy enough to fall back asleep. After i used this mask on the heat and music (turned down) setting, i was able to relax, open my eyes and fall back asleep within 15 mins. I couldn't do the massager due to the unhealed scratch on my eyeball but it isn't too strong and might be perfect if you get those headaches that bother your eyes (migraines, maybe?). I also purchased using FSA/HSA but this is def a purchase worth the actual money.

Don’t think this product is for me, some parts of it seem nice but the vibration was the exact opposite of feeling good. The compression was nice but made my eyes blurry. Gave it to a friend hoping she would get more out of it than me
