I purchased this item in July, and it didn’t even last a season. After the first rainfall, the outdoor furniture became stained, indicating it was not properly treated. The seller recommended using a teak preservative, but the stains are still visible. On top of that, cracks have developed in the chairs. I was initially offered a £130 refund or the option to return the item. I chose to return it, but the seller later refused to accept the return. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the poor customer service.
