Good for plans and wishes
I bought this because I am a widow and wanted to put my plans and wishes on paper. This is a good little book to do just that and it covers everything. Really pleased with it.

Handy to have all info together
Lots of space for information & if you change accounts etc more space to add new ones

Useful
Whilst not all the sections included will be relevant to everyone they do prompt thought and discussion on certain matters and there is plenty of space for details

Lengthy but Lightweight
There already appear to be a number of books on end of life issues on the market, and this is a second rate version. It's far too long given that there is no added text, context or reason given for reams of questions.Don't waste your money.
