This milk dissolves very easily with no lumps. I use it with my coffee, cereal and with ice cream to make milk shakes.It is a welcome addition to my easy meal supplies.

Taste and texture is delicious! I am actually using this product to make milk go drink like milk. It tastes very good to me. The rich texture is also good. The deep milk white color looks good. I just made a glass of this powdered milk and stirred in some Ovaltine, and it was truly delicious..I wanted a shelf stable milk. This product takes very little space in the cupboard. I don’t drink a lot of milk, so having this product to make 1 cup at a time is great, and I don’t have to waste a container of milk. I also want to save money, so this fits right in. Because I am not throwing out unused milk, I am saving a ton of money..I love this product!

I've been using powdered coconut creamer (Laird's Super Food) but it's too sweet and just tastes weird in coffee. I switched to this and WOW it is so much better! I use two rounded teaspoons per packet of Starbucks Viva instant and it is damned near as good as making coffee at home with real half and half (I might even like it a bit better!). The only issue is that it does tend to form tiny clumps, so you end up chewing your coffee a little tiny bit, but your backpacking, so who cares! This is definitely a game changer for backpacking!

Decided to go with powdered milk for my coffee try different ones from different stores somewhere good some suck. This one tasted pretty good but was expensive. used it up pretty quick and my coffee makes nice foam and nice flavoring. Coffee decided to look for something I gave you more for your money. Swiss Farms makes powdered milk ordered that it came in a large container, but it’s a low fat on this is a good milk powder specially great in coffee

We're always throwing out milk so I decided to give this a try. When I'm ready to make Mac & Cheese of anything I just mix up my milk per directions. Works every time! You can make 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup milk, whatever you need. I haven't tried drinking it like a glass of milk, but I found it great for cooking! I thought it was creamier than milk in my homemade Mac & Cheese.
