I’m so pleased I bought this. After years of mopping sponging and scrubbing this is so easy to use and makes a great job without using too much water on my laminate floor. The battery is interchangeable with my vax vacuum so that adds to the versatility and efficiency 😀

I consider this product is not fit for purpose. It will not remove sticky marks and just moves any dust around the floor. Even slight marks (eg dried coffee drip) takes 10 passes of the machine. We are a clean household and wash the floor daily, so heaven help anyone with dogs/children. Also, the machine doesn’t clean under the kitchen cabinets (we have the ones that ‘float’ above the floor, and so have to use a spray mop to clean under them), nor does it clean the grout. We have had a Vax carpet/hard floor washer in the past which was MUCH better Save your money and use a spray mop instead

We have Karndean flooring throughout the downstairs and we thought we were keeping it clean. With two Bearded collies fat chance! However this Vax is simple to assemble and very quickly it became obvious our floors could be so much cleaner. Pleasant smell from the cleaning fluid and comforting it is hygienic too. Cleaning and reassembly easy after you have done, the auto brush/head clean is great. I did buy a second battery and would recommend that for a larger floor area, ours is around 40 square meters. Only streaks visible on the first clean and in areas of heavy traffic. Subsequent cleaning not a problem.

I bought this to replace my trusty blissel floor cleaner. It arrived with the box packaged in a box twice the size, which had me worried it was huge! It is bigger than my previous cleaner, but hopefully longer lasting. I’ve just used it on my kitchen floor, which I have been steam cleaning daily, we have three dogs and it seems to have done a good job. The dirty tank was a disgusting colour, so clearly the steam cleaner wasn’t doing the job A couple of dislikes, this is really heavy and now my shoulders ache. I guess I will get used to that. The battery didn’t last long enough to do my whole kitchen, it was fully charged but I didn’t time it. I will do this next time and edit. It doesn’t dry as effectively as the blissel, I had to keep going over it, so that’s probably why I couldn’t do the whole room. Brushes difficult to remove when it is in the cleaning tray, I had to lift it up and place on the worktop. Remember it’s heavy and I don’t really want a dirty cleaner on the kitchen side! Likes, it goes up to the edges, my last one didn’t and neither does the shark, that’s why I decided on this one. Lights are good. Self cleaning cycle effective. Both tanks are a good size, meaning less filling and emptying I’ve knocked a star off due to the weight, the drying ability and the battery

After having to vacuum, mop and thinking not much dirty water so floors aren’t as bad as I thought. I stand corrected, got this yesterday and used today and wow… the amount of dirt that I was previously just pushing around was phenomenal, like brown soup and super fast doing it in one go. I read both positive and negative reviews on this product but over 90% are positive and I can see why.. anybody want to buy a used mop?

This had the potential to be a really good floor cleaner. I especially liked the battery, so no cable to work round. But after a few uses it stopped sucking up dirty water from the floor, and just left a trail of brown water. So I knew it was cleaning well, just not completing its task. I tried refitting all the parts but it made no difference. Returned for a refund and back to mops.

I've had this a few days now...and I'm beginning to get the hang of it. The first few times I used it I was disappointed with streaks across the tiled floor and wheel marks from the machine. Having revisited the instructions and tried it several more times there seems to be a technique that reduces this. Pressing the mop spray function when going forwards and releasing it so the blade wipes the floor and the suction draws in the dirty water seems to work best. It's a shame so much of the guide provided is about 'cleaning and maintenance' and very little info on 'operation'. It may be a simple machine but I'd have liked more focus on how it operates.

This is great. Really easy to use. Remember to charge the battery after each use. Run time is 20 Minutes which is plenty of time to wash my floors. It cleans my floors very well, also the drying action is very useful Very easy to clean afterwards I felt it was lightweight, also has a storage tray
