This is a very good well made gate easy to build and very strong comes with everything you need and for extra safety you can screw to wall it has a lock on the top and bottom on this occasion we bought this because we didn’t want are dog to be free at night and jumping on are bed or to put her in a cage so now we have the gate in are en suite with a very large bed and she is more than happy would definitely recommend

The stair gate works really well although can prove a little fiddly for one person to put together alone due to needing to try and tighten both ends simultaneously so it doesn’t fall.Overall the product provides a nice sturdy barrier and so far appears to give peace of mind and safety to my daughter.Really easy to open and the built in safety catch means that as my daughter gets older she still won’t be able to open without assistance

I needed to buy two gates to contain my dog after her operation- the fitting on the stairs was never going to be easy because of the skirtings and posts but as this is a temporary fix then for the price they work extremely well . Other gate fitted in the doorway perfectly. Easy to put up .

This is Ok but isn't a sturdy gate system. If you are using for a dog gate this is not suitable for a medium to large dog if they are likely to stand up on it. The extensions are not very sturdy and if your opening is too small for the 2nd extension piece then you end up having the fixing bolts quite long which makes it less rigid as well. Its not really very adjustable to an opening width. Guess given the price its to be expected

It gets 1star because it does what it says and stops the child escaping...BUT....It only opens one way.It doesn't self close.It's difficult to work one handed.The securing bolts are almost fully extended in our doorway but the doorway is to narrow for the supplied extension leaving the whole thing wobbly, even with the cups screwed to the wall.I've had lots of safety gates over the years and I definitely won't get one of these again. I'm only keeping it because it's used in a room where the child is never alone.

Excellent, easy to put together. One of the easier openings which is great for my 7 year old.
