Honestly these are kinda ridiculously expensive (the Vegan Omega 3), and looking at the back - there's barely ANY omega 3 actually inside??? The vegan forms have poor absorption for humans so I doubt my body is getting much out of it. Fortunately I'm not a vegan so I've looked for other omega 3 gummies online, I simply hate swallowing the big yellow capsules. These do taste ok, so if you're happy pretending you're helping your body much with placebo, these are ok, but £16 per bottle?? Jeez...

I started taking these 3 weeks ago after lots of research as I was feeling overwhelmed with anxiety due to work, so much so I was very emotional and upset a lot of the time. After 3 weeks, I feel like they might be working, I am not as anxious and also sleeping better on a Sunday before my working week. Feel like I’m much less overwhelmed, although there are still some levels of anxiety there, I’m not as emotional and I feel a sense of calm and my thought are clearer. I have seen no change however in energy levels. Compared to others of the same strength they are good value. I also like the fact they are gummies, the flavour is okay and easy to digest. I will be repurchasing and recommending to others in the future.

Taste great.Bought them for hubby.He finds it so difficult to take capsules so in desparation I tried Gummies cause he eats a lot of junk food and was starting to look like he was lacking vitamins.All I can say he's looking better and he likes the taste of the gummies.He was only taking one gummie a day.I had to make sure it agreed with him and he seemed fine.So now he's taking 2 a day.Like stated on the instructions
