This is my first printer and I was really hopeful. However I have had several problems out of the box and trouble finding help. (FYI this is my first printer but I am tech savvy)Problems:1. When trying to level the bed it was way too tight. I loosened the nuts as far as they would go but it was still so tight that is damaged the glass build plate on all four corners.2. When trying to load the filament it would not go through. After a while I could see that something was dripping out but it was not the filament I had loaded. I can only assume that the clog is from the filament they used to do a test? Hopefully not a return.3. Very little customer service. there is not number to call just an email address. I sent an 2 emails and the first response took 24 hours and it was just for more information. If it take 24 between emails I am not hopeful that this will get fixed very quickly. Their online information suggest asking for help from the online Facebook community. However there has been not activity on that group page for 6 months :(I tried to look online for help, but there are very few people who have made videos about this item. which makes it harder to fix problems on your own.I will update this if either customer service surprises me or I end up returning the item.

I bought this 3d printer for a college engineering course and it worked great. The problem was that about three months after the purchase, the printer head would no longer heat up. I have been reaching out to the company for a refund for a while now because they claim to have a one-year warranty for the printer, but they have not reached back out to let me redeem the warranty. I just want my money back!
