Cute but my favourite charm broke off they are a little week

I picked these because the charms look really pretty , so far two have broken off and three have been lost . As you can see from the pictures I have the original genuine crocs . I'm not happy with this at all as I've lost the best charms . I've lost the heart , the four leaf clover , two flower charms ..disappointed.

My expectations vere pretty low regarding quality before they arrived but my expectations were were way higher than what arrived a few of the charms fell apart while attaching them. Very poor quality
