Good value for money although it may not seem so ...
Whilst not being over flavoursome, they are palatable to the point where I could actually eat them straight out of the packet instead of putting them on cereal. My husband is using them in an attempt to lower his cholesterol. He refuses to take statins because they give him serious side effects so we are hoping that over the course of a few months that the desired effect will be achieved. Good value for money although it may not seem so at first glance, because you do not need to use the entire packet in one go. Worth trying.

So far, a positive feeling about this supplement
Although it is quite expensive as the pack only contains 15 servings, I am so far in favour. I am adding it to porridge along with berries and although I don't know what effect it is having on cholesterol, it certainly evens out the blood sugar thing over the course of the day. Will have to keep taking it for a while I think to assess real results, but overall I'm feeling that this is a good thing to do.

Testing the product
Bought this for my father who has high cholesterol. He is also diabetic. He has a cholesterol test in a month so he is trying this product to see if it has any effect in addition to his healthy diet. This is our second purchase. He has already used up one pack and onto the second. He likes it in porridge, on cereal and is going to try it in yoghurt with fruit. Won't know if it has made a difference until the actual test.

Nice after lunch with stewed apple
I like porridge and used to eat oats on and off. However, now I have a bit of raised cholesterol I am trying natural ways to get it down. So, I now eat porridge for breakfast and supper and decided to try Betavivo as well.I tried Betavivo on top of porridge once per day AM but was not keen.So decided instead to put a bit of natural oat bran direct on my oats, raisons and water before cooking and that works out fine. After lunch I have stewed apple and sometimes add half of one of the Betavivo sachets. The pieces are slightly hard but certainly not too hard for me to eat. To add moisture I add soya cream or carnation milk. I find the heart shape pieces of Betavivo are irrelevant. Just hope it doesn't add to the cost.

Very Tasty - no Side Effects.
Very tasty. I haven't been using them long enough to know whether they work as a cholesterol controller as claimed, but they certainly do not cause statin like side effects such as aching limbs, fatigue, etc.

... that as this product was meant to do you good that the taste would be horrible
I should have realised that as this product was meant to do you good that the taste would be horrible!
