These are pretty heavy duty with a great shiny finish that holds up. I've used these a lot and they still look near new. They don't scratch easily, I don't see any scratches after quite a bit of use and machine dish washing. If I had to complain, the edges, while smooth can dig into your hand a little, but this is a super minor complaint. They are light but well built and don't deflect, bend or twist when weighted with food. They are also beautiful and look much nicer than what I paid for them.

Suggest people get back to cleaner cooking. Yes you do need a bit more cleaning work, baking paper or oil to prevent sticking. But its worth it

Love these sheets. The two smallest ones can fit in the oven together and are perfect for making food for kids with smaller portion sizes. Can do tater tots on one and a protein on the other and bake them at the same time.

Didn't want to buy more rubbish non-stick-coated-aluminium, so got these! So happy I found this set, because the three different sizes are perfect. The big one *did* warp at 220C (oh well, it never claimed to be a roasting tin) but went back to normal and has been fine at 180C. The smaller ones seem to be fine no matter what I do to them. Chips cook just as well on these as on those sheets with the special holes in. (I do use them with baking paper so can't comment on the convenience/resilience of the trays without it.) The set is very space-efficient in my cupboard. Great addition to my kitchen and let me toss out/donate a bunch of less convenient stuff that these will replace.
