Giving 5 stars even though I have a couple of minor issues or things I don't like. For a refurbished watch it absolutely deserves 5 stars for condition, packaging, and quick shipping.. oh and 50% savings off price for a new model. I needed a new smartwatch as my previous brand watch died a dramatic and sudden death after only 18months - with no warning. I had wanted to try a Samsung watch so this was my chance even though I wasn't thrilled about a high price, unexpected replacement. Then I found this refurbished Galaxy 5. For the price it was an easy decision. I was a little worried as its a completely different brand than what I have used for years and years, and I know there is always a chance on a refurbished model of anything. This was well worth the chance. The watch is in perfect condition and how nice is it to be able to look for apps and watch faces on google play instead of previous 'brand specific' site that seemed limited. I also feel the accuracy is better on this one, although I wish it would soften how bad I sleep, lol. The only issues I have with this watch are not deal breakers and just minor things. The first is the same with all and just a watch band issue - I despise silicone bands, but that was an easy fix. I do like the spring loaded fastener as it's a lot more secure than magnetic with previous brand. I also did not catch that the chargers that come with this are a C connector without a plug adapter. Had mild stress while spending a lot of time setting up and exploring and watching battery life drain, and then finally realized I could plug it into my computer. Easy solution and there are also inexpensive adapters on Amazon for USB connection. I did get 2 chargers in my box but one of them is apparently dead. Do I really need 2 though? no, I can live with one and did not contact the seller as its not a huge issue. I also bought a different charger that attaches to my keyring for on the go charging needs - if needed. Battery life is ok, but I don't usually have power saving on and its a long standing habit to charge daily. Could I go up to 3 days? maybe, but after 1 day I am usually at 50 or 60%. That seems fairly on par with my previous watch. This was well worth the chance to change brands and get a refurbished.

Love my new watch.!! Works perfectly. Was easy to set up and use. Love the sleep tracking, comfort and never have any issues with the connection. Great quality and Love that I can receive so many notifications.

I was looking to replace my Fitbit Sense, and my boyfriend has a Galaxy Watch4 44mm, and I really liked the features on his watch so I decided to give a go at me getting one for myself. I'm all about "Bougie on a Budget", and I don't mind things from Amazon Warehouse or Amazon Renewed so when I found this for the price I had to grab it! I'm giving this watch five stars because of how stylish it is, how feminine it looks, and all of the cool features on it, yet I'm still learning how to use it. One issue I have is, sometimes my language can get vulgur and I can't unblock the "offensive" language with either Samsung Keyboard or GBoard, like you can with your phone when you're doing voice-to-text. It's not a big deal, but it's a little annoying. I've tried to look up everything, and look at all the features, but it doesn't apply. Hopefully Samsung will get it together with it lol. My other complaint is the battery life. My Fitbit Sense lasts about 4 to 5 days on one single charge yet, this seems the last about 2 days on one single charge, and that's with the battery saver option. I don't mind popping it on the charger every single time I take a shower or when I'm cleaning my place up, but I did test the battery life fully on it and that's how long it lasts. The sleep tracker is very accurate, it's just as accurate as the Fitbit app, but I haven't paid attention to steps yet. I'm going to test it with both my Sense and my Watch5 on and see which is more precise. I hope to test out the workout features pretty soon on it, and a couple more apps. I will change my review if necessary after my testing. There's some apps on it that I wish it had like the Sense does, but overall I'm pretty happy with it. The shipping was fast from the seller, It came a day early, and it was in pristine condition when I received it. I will spread the word!

The description for this watch states that is refurbished but in great condition. The watch face and the function of the watch is great but the watch band was filthy. The edges of the bands are definitely dirty and will need to be replaced before using. I am only deducting one star because of being able to easily replace the bands for a low cost but the seller could have done so before shipment.

UPDATE: Seller immediately reached out to me to send a new charger, resolving my issue quickly and without missing a beat. 5 stars. This is a gorgeous watch with a just okay battery life. Which would be fine! Just charge it every night, right? Wrong. My seller sent an aftermarket wireless charger that has absolutely no Samsung branding and, big surprise, the charger doesn't work. I thought it was the watch at first but no, the watch charges just fine when I use the power sharing mode on my Samsung phone. If you have another type of phone that would not be an option for you and you'd be the proud owner of a useless hunk of metal and silicon within 1 day. Demand a new, working charger!

it is very east to set up its very comfortable to sleep in and it has pretty good battery and its very reliable

Hasta el momento todo bien, la batería dura alrededor de 12-14 depende del uso y tarda 1 hora en cargarse, las aplicaciones tardan un poco en abrir pero de ahi en mas todo bien, viene con cargador genérico y aun asi no tarda tanto en cargar.

I had this watch for 4 days now. Still learning it but so far I am pleased with it. It arrived in excellent condition. Well packaged. Only 2 little pretty much unnoticeable nicks in the bezel. Like brand new, otherwise.

Buena batería

I was skeptical to buy a Galaxy Watch 5 in "renewed" or "used" or "refurbished" condition, but I'm glad I did because it was basically perfect! No scratches, damage, or issues. The only odd thing I have to say is that it didn't come in the original packaging. I got the Galaxy Watch 5 40mm in Rose Gold.

Estaba muy bien hasta que un día le salió una línea de pixeles vertical :( no sé golpeó ni ocurrió nada. Y parece que no hay soporte para este modelo en ninguna parte. Las correas a mí me daban alergia en la piel así que tuve que comprar otras.
