I am 49 years old and was thrown into surgical menopause after very large cysts were found on both of my ovaries and I was forced to have a complete hysterectomy and salpingo-oophorectomy. I began having symptoms immediately which compounded my difficult recovery from surgery since I had to have a vertical incision laparotomy. Hot flashes were so intense that I slept in just my hospital gown, no blankets and a fan pointed at me all day and night. When I came home it wasn't better. I was having flashes every 30-45 minutes. Seemed to help with sleep but then my blood pressure got to high and had to stop it. Some hormone supplements can do this. Very disappointed.

I bought this product and took it for over a wk. I am a health and life coach and take very good care of my body and my health. been having some night sweat so I decided I would give this a try. I had a hysterectomy at ages 27 and I am now 48. these hot flashes/night sweats comes and goes over the years never completely went away. eat very clean chemical free home etc and nothing worked. I figured I would give this product a try since I saw all these good reviews and youtube info to my surprise it was one of the worst things I've ever tried. 4 days into taking this product I started with some slight discharge so I stop taking it, I was still a bit in denial so I took it again for another 5 days and OMG the discharge was the most disgusting color and odor imaginable and needless to say the hot flash or night sweats didn't go away. I consulted with my doc and I was told to stay completely away from it.. so ladies if you are taking this and notice ugly brownish dark yellow discharge and stinky vagina it might be that..
