Using two of these with a locally hosted Traccar instance, and sims from Simbase and Soracom. Devices work well, easy to wire up and configure via sms. Signal seems to be very good and tracking is accurate, see screenshot. Small enough to hide away under the dashboard somewhere. Device is a good price and with an IOT sim at under £5/year makes a good way to track your vehicles. I haven't used the app service so no comment on that.

Not installed yet as it is to replace previous seven year old 3G model. If this 4G version is as reliable as my original it's a great product with modest parasitic load on the battery.

Product stopped working within 6 weeks. When reading online apparently it is a very common problem and just buy a new board and connect the sim card. Generally it is very bad quality

I think this is an excellent unit, easy to set up, I used Gifgaff sim card and it was operational straight away. I have tested the tracker placed under the steel bonnet and it works perfectly, easier than removing the dashboard to hide it. The major failure is that it is fixed to metric readings, KmPH and Km. This is a considerable drawback from my point of view.

I have had one of these in a car for more than five years running on an Asda mobile SIM. It's been flawless in all that time. The app is a bit clunky at times however does work, sending a location request text wors as it should and the car be tracked live in the app. It's provided to be functional, dependable, well built and reliable.
