Awesome Academy School Set- Playset, Dolls and School House for 18 inch Dolls- For ages 3+

I really didn’t want to buy this initially because of the price. But this is the only thing my daughter wanted for Christmas. So I had little choice. I bought it and put it together and even I love it. Everything works. The pate works. The tiny pencils and pens work. The lights work. The fire alarm works. Blinds work. This thing is so much fun! I wasn’t disappointed with my purchase at all

All the various little items, including composition books, markers, desk tops that open....made the experience so real for the little girls. The working clock, the light, the shades that go up and down on the windows......so much detail...made it such fun for the girls to play with.

It's 5A on Christmas morning, I am assembling my kids Xmas gift and to my horror I can't give it to her! I started to get worried when the first piece I pulled out was sticky and had animal hair stuck to it.... Next piece I pulled out was broken, next was broken and used!!! There was kids writing on the chalkboard. $200. It's cheaper and assembled at Target but I wanted to use a payment method as like most money is tight this Christmas....I want to cry my daughter REALLY wanted this for Christmas but I can not be out $200 for this. I don't even have all the pieces. If you can buy this item in store! If like me you have to order it, inspect it right away......

I am highly upset. Alot of the pieces were not in the box and it is sold much cheaper at Target for 135.00. I would of returned it if my daughter had not tore the box up. Not happy about it at all.

Great play set for the American Girls dolls, all light, doors, alarms, bells, tackboard, etc all are real and add to fun!!!

Defective wiring — Target keeps selling it anywayI bought this classroom set a few years ago and could never get the side walls to light up. At first I thought it was me, but after reading reviews I realized it’s a known defect — the wiring and soldering are poorly done, so the center whiteboard works but the left and right walls almost always fail. The fact that Target continues to sell this product, despite years of customers reporting the same problem, is really disappointing. It’s not a cheap set, and it should work as advertised. Don’t waste your money unless you’re ready to do electrical repairs yourself.
