This is an amazing product you guys. I’m not sure which item is working the best, because I’m using this item along with another product together at the same time, and the results have been amazing! I use the pad wipes first, then I go in with the roll on. I’ve noticed a significant improvement over the last few weeks around my face, chin, and neck area. I use them together, once at night. They are a bit pricey, but I promise it’s worth the money. I do apologize for not taking before and after photos, but I was very skeptical about trying them because nothing was working. The dark spots are brightening so well, they’re almost unnoticeable. I have posted the products that I use below. I pray 🙏🏽 that this helps.

I’ve been using the First Aid Beauty Ingrown Hair Pads for a while now, and they’ve quickly become a staple in my skincare routine. The combination of BHA + AHA is gentle yet effective, and I love that they’re safe for sensitive skin — no stinging, redness, or irritation. I noticed a visible improvement in just a few uses; the bumps and irritation from shaving or waxing are significantly reduced, and my skin feels smoother overall. The pads are perfectly saturated (not too wet, not too dry), making them easy to swipe over the skin without waste. The light, clean scent is pleasant and not overpowering. I also appreciate that the jar comes with 60 pads, which makes it a good value for the results it delivers. If you struggle with ingrown hairs or razor bumps and want something that’s both gentle and effective, I highly recommend giving these a try. They’ve made a huge difference for me!

Super great! I have a skin condition called HS and no matter how I shave I get awful razor burn and ingrown hairs. I recently shaved my armpits and used the wipes twice, once directly after the shower and once the morning after, no burn, and no razor bumps 4 days after!! I bought the wipes originally for my groin area because I get bad razor burn and ingrown hairs and blackheads due to my skin condition, I’ve been using the wipes as a skin exfoliate, I don’t think it’s been enough time for a noticeable difference but I I know they’re working!! Everytime I use them dead skin comes off so it’s doing its job!

I think they work fairly well, but they are not obviously a catch-all to shaving mistakes and users should keep it in mind. Product does as intended. Helps with razor bumps. Make sure to apply this AFTER your other skincare products have already had their time to work, otherwise you're just smearing everything around. I recommend use like day after.

My teenage son came to me with a huge ingrown hair on the back of his head. It was super inflamed and also way deep under his skin. He’d had it for awhile before showing me so by this point it was pretty painful. However, after just a couple uses of these pads the lump was completely gone, it was amazing! I’ve used a few ingrown hair treatments over the years and this is by far the quickest working one hands down!!

Just started getting regular Brazilian waxes and the ingrowns got cumbersome, so I thought I'd try something like this to help. I honestly wasn't sure that it would, but this product had good reviews, so I went for it. Thankfully it WORKS and it works pretty well. My kitty is very happy, smooth, and mostly ingrown-free. I just do a quick wipe after a shower for about a week or two after getting my wax done, and it makes a huuuuuge difference.

Well I never received this product, so I’m giving it 3 stars. I give it back 1 star because Amazon was able to refund me, but I take back that 1 star because it was a pain to get refunded. Girl math. That being said, I re-ordered these from FirstAid Beauty directly so I can speak on the product. They do actually work, especially if you use them after every time you shower or shave. I’m not sure if they would still work if you only used it once and called it good. Or if you have an existing ingrown or little bump, it’s effective at helping it go down. It does have a smell, but it’s not strong or unpleasant. It’s cool to the touch and is safe on sensitive skin, I believe. The pads are thin, so just make sure you’re pulling them apart fully and only using one. I do wish they were a little cheaper, but altogether I think they are worth the money. I also suggest purchasing the larger size to make them last longer. They have not dried out, and the twist cap is easy to use.

Have used these for over a year, work great after a shave and keep ingrown hairs away for the most part! Definitely notice a difference when using

Tried a range of different product to reducing razor burn after shaving and improving skin tone and quality on my face. Firstly for razor burn they are great; using twice a day for three to five days you will see a significant reduction in any forming razor burn after shaving; they can also be used imminently after this stings a little but ensure solid exfoliation from day one. They can also be used on other body areas easily like shoulders, chest, back and bikini line. I’ve been coupling these with laser hair removal and together they work incredibly well ensuring any new hairs break through the skin easily or are brought close enough to be easily manage with needle nose tweezers. The pads are adequately soaked in the peel liquid without being too damp and are strong (bin only don’t flush) so up to covering a wide area. They also have a slightly abrasive side to the pads and a softer side depending on where you’re applying. For best results I would recommend using after having a hot shower so your skin is clean and oil free allowing the peel direct contact with the skin you need it to go to work on. Second to this they are also suitable to use on your face (skin test first!!) as a result my skin looks smoother, is acne free and I get significantly less dry flaky skin on my T-Zone. Slight drawback on the fragrance it’s quite strong and chemical smelling but I can’t mark it down for this as I’ve not used any exfoliating products that don’t have a similar fragrance. All in all having tried a range of different creams, moisturisers, exfoliants and liquids these have given me the most consistent results! Not totally infallible and your hair type and skin type may impact effectiveness but for me they are my go to for keeping ontop of razor bumps after shaving. These are designed to be quite harsh on your skin forcing you to shed dry/too skin later. Should you have sensitive skin I would highly recommend a skin test patch in two areas to ensure they are right and safe for you to use.
