If you jog, especially in hot weather and sweat a lot like me, adding this to your water helps to replenish those precious electrolytes. These days, we’re probably using a lot of filtered water to avoid the lead, but that comes at a cost of losing magnesium and calcium. That’s another plus since this helps with that too.I also do intermittent fasting which means I don’t eat until my fasting time interval passes. The fact that this is supposedly 0 calories (not 100% sure about that) is another plus. When you fast, jog and sweat, proper hydration is even more important.Taste is pretty good, I like the orange and the lemon, but each pack after a run adds up. Wish it were a little cheaper, but overall a great product. I definitely feel better, and those little annoying repetitive stress injuries seemed to go away after adding the Ca++ back.

Bought for dehydration during early pregnancy from nausea. Mixes good. Tastes like hi-c if in smaller vessel. I prefer on ice to further mellow flavor. Compared to dripdrop I prefer this brand because of way less sugar and the addition of chloride.

Great taste. So refreshing. Thing is a must when consuming alcohol for hydration, or with sparkling water as a replacement for “Fanta” 😁 .

I like these packets a lot because it is not super sweet, unlike a lot of other mixes. It works like all other powders I’ve ever had in a water, but it’s definitely a weaker flavor. However, I took a star away because there isn’t complete dissolution of the powder, there’s a bit of grit that doesn’t go away. I hate that the last swallow and a half of water is full of grit. This happens across all 3 flavors I’ve tried of the brand.
