Doesnt bend they way its meant to

Bought hoping to support knees. Item goes behind knee with so stiff of springs that the pads digg into your thigh muscle. Straps go around your front of leg making it almost impossible to bend leg. VERT UNCOMFORTABLE !

The units seems a bit fragile, one of the units was broken when it arrived (the plastic creating the hinge was completely broken so the unit was in 2 parts). I tried using the other working unit on one leg, but was very surprised that until I had my knee extremely bent (more than 45 degrees), it didn't really provide any assistance, these would help your knees if you are doing squats, but I was expecting something that would start to assist once my knee was bent by more than 10 degrees, these need about 45+ degree knee bend before they start to assist. The units are also advertised as 4 spring units but are actually 3 spring units. I was hoping these would help my knee recover from recent surgery and physiotherapy, but they offer too little assistance at the range of knee movement that I am using (0 to 50 degree angle, ie standing to bending my knees a bit more than 45 degrees). I returned the units.

Doesn't have enough spring to really help you lift up hard to keep on your legs by the time you get it to stay on your legs the circulation is completely cut off I do not recommend this product

Great in walking. What works real very well due to a stroke.
