Why does this distiller cost £120 more than others on Amazon (that look like the same model) - What is better about it ?

It is not a fast boil and therefore does a much slower and more thorough job. Takes much longer but you should be getting cleaner water.

Does it remove oestrogen etc?

Yes. Water distillation removes oestrogen, (and all other contaminants), more effectively than and other method of home water purification, including reverse osmosis or any other form of water filtration. Thanks
