This thing is solidly built. It takes some trial and error to set up. I need it for hinge cutouts. Once it was all set up and tested on an old door I simply undo the knobs. Line in up on new door. Tighten knobs. Route it out. Takes seconds. And if you router is set up for the same hinges on multiple doors you have no need to adjust anything again. It’s great.

Thought this would be a good idea to make mounting my hinges easier. Turns out its more a pain in the backside than it's worth. Firstly you need to put your router into the slot to set the guide rails to the correct position. Problem is that once the router is in place you can't see anything. You have a small gap below to try and see your markings to line up the router bit and then adjust the rails. Secondly the rails have far to much play in them. They don't adjust level so you setup one end and then have to try and adjust the other end without buggering up the first end. I ended up tossing it out of the window and doing it by hand. Good idea, poor design, cheap materials. Pity I've just missed the cut off for returning so will end up in landfill.
