Furniture of America Scarlette Classic Four Poster Bed, Eastern King, Glossy Dark Pine

This bed frame is beautiful, very rich dark color wood, and feels very sturdy! This bed was easy to assemble. Initially when we received the bed frame one of the pieces came cracked/damaged which may have happen during shipping. BUT the customer support team was very responsive and acted quickly to help resolve the issue and we were shipped a replacement piece quickly. The replacement piece was in excellent condition. Definitely a trustworthy company to shop from that cares about customer satisfaction!

I love that this bed is constructed of real wood - not pressed/molded wood.

Good quality material. Little iffy with the rails. Not sure but seems sturdy. Very pleased. Nice color.

This is truly a great bed for the price. The wood carvings are splendid and decent quality. I was a little unsure a first when I look at the price, but when I assembled the damn thing and put it all together I was pleasantly surprised.

The bed posts on both sides of headboard were damaged. You can see clearly where they tried to fill the damaged area with putty that did not match the wood. They did not even try to smooth the patch to match the contour and shape of the post. It really looks bad as you can see in the pictures. Also one post was loose, it looks like the glue had dried out and was definitely not holding. This must have left Star Furniture this way as the packaging showed no signs of damage.I wrote a review and Cymax sent me an e-mail right awayMessage from seller Cymax:My name is Travis. K. Their Customer service was outstanding.I still would not recommend Star Furniture of America they did not stand behind their product I would however highly recommend purchasing from Cymax through Amazon as they really mean it when they state they want their customers to always feel comfortable with their purchases through their store.
