Im impressed so far. Seems to do a good job frying once you master the temp control. Use a direct read thermometer to set temp. Dont rely on the units temp dial.

Love it cooked great

This is a large deep fryer for home use. Especially useful are the oil drains in the front. Really makes clean up a lot easier. The control panel and heating elements tilt up to allow oil to drip off prior to removal for cleaning. The control panel and heating elements can be removed completely which aids in clean up. Overall happy with this purchase.

Wouldn’t buy again. The warping on the product is so hard to remove. It’s leaked oil since new and has only gotten worse. Thought the spout would make it easier to clean but they leak as well had to turn them upside down and they still leak some. It’s leaks at the seams inside the pan. I think the ones with removable pans would not leak as much and would be easier to clean. Definitely would recommend to anyone. It’s been a headache. And we have only had about 3 months and now I have to already replace it. Just wasted a new thing of oil because we cleaned and put new oil in and it leaked more then half out just over night.

Great deep fryer

Well, not impressed. Usually you get a good quality product from this company, but I guess quality control is slipping. Picture 1 is of a gap that is not supposed to be there. Pictures 2 and 3 show popped welds causing the gap. Quality control sure missed the mark here. It will probably function but it will be messy underneath when you are done. Will update you after I talk to you company.*UPDATE* decided not to contact the company as we are going to have it re welded at the local trade school. Also, can not connect to the same outlet for both sides as it trips a 20 amp breaker. So options are, 1) replace breaker with a 30 amp and hope it works or 2) run an extension cord to another outlet on a different breaker. For now we are using 1 side at a time. Other than that, everything else seems to be just fine.
