CRKT Overland Pocket Knife

Absolutely my new favorite everday utility knife. Razor sharp out of the box and a small tank if a knife. I own a lot of CRKT but this is my new favorite by far.

I am literally thrilled with this little knife.1. The blade is superior D2 steel and has a nice stonewashed finish. The design is excellent for scraping slicing and 90% of everything if you're not stabbing you don't need a point. It arrived razor sharp and perfectly beveled.2. To handle is short but it raises your fingers up enough to be above the blade and the G 10 scale gives you very good grip for the side of your hand or thumb and it is also overall very very strong. The open design makes it a very clean knife holding no debris and simple to oil where you need it.3. The lock snaps in perfectly and positively and it's so solid literally feels like a fixed blade knife absolutely nothing and movement in any direction.Overview, this is a superior knife small enough to go anywhere and large enough to do just about anything you have in mind. In my mind you're perfect every day Carry. You literally forget you have it and it's there when you need it. Would definitely buy it again and again.Just saw all the haters no, I am no newbie I am a 65-year-old retired officer and police firearms instructor and I have an extensive collection of blades dating from 50s to present day including such blades as Randall and too many to list. Unless you need a longer blade this is the best compact every day Carry I have ever handled. So I felt very compelled to write this review in a time when the world is flooded with questionable products.
