Good quality,not so great taste.
We bought them because my wife has retinal detachment history and wants to prevent it getting worse. A naturopathic doctor recommend them to her. According to her the smell is awful and she has burps with the same awful taste after ingesting. She says it is tolerable for her if she takes just one instead of the two recommended daily and with food. She hasn’t noticed any change except that her last eye exam came out great. She will open up her options to other brands,but for now this is fine.
