Pukka Pads 6 Pack of A4 Pad Metallic Jotta Notebook JM018-200 Pages Per Pad

I do a LOT of writing by hand, amost every morning when I first wake up, I do a few stretches then settle down to write roughly 20 sides of A4 by hand with my fountain pen. I have bought cheaper paper in the past but to be honest it was really false economy because I was never able to use both sides of the paper once I had written on one side because there would be ink leaching onto the back of the page, and call me old school, but nothing beats writing with a nice fountain pen.... Anyway, I have been buying these pads for well over a year and have got through about 11 of them so far and keep coming back to the same product. The paper is a good weight and is thick enough that when you write on it with a fountain pen, a few dots of ink make it through the paper onto the other side, but it is not difficult to use both sides, which for me is important, I write a lot and dont like to use up too many trees... the problem with using most recycled paper is that it seems to often be a bit more porous and the in kind of bleeds. If I was using a biro or a pencil there would be absolutely no evidence of having written on one side of the paper once you turned the page. They are a good size, 200 sheets makes writing comfortable, if it was any thicker, then you would have difficulty writing further down the page as your hand would be at a funny angle because the pad would be so thick, but this depth is great. Th surface of the paper is really smooth and the paper doesnt ruckle up and crease, nor does the ink bleed when you write on it with a fountain pen. It is nicely lined, not too close together bt not too far apart either... I would recommend these to anyone who would use lined paper, even though the pads are spiral bound, the pages are perforated and have holes in and can easily be torn out to fit in a folder. Students couldnt go far wrong ordering these pads as they are a good value purchase when you buy a pack of six or even 3, I wont go back to any other lined pads now...

High quality and versatile pad both to use as a standalone pad, or for writing notes and then filing away in a folder afterwards. Good value pack too - comes wrapped in two sets of three pads each.
