Q: What bed size would fit for the 48 in?

Q: Do assembly instructions come with and how many people to assemble

I honestly don't recall if it came with instructions, I want to say no though. As far as people, I was able to do it myself however, two people would definitely made things more simple. The main thing is being careful getting it out of the box. The tray is not secure and mine cracked just taking it out of the box. It is also extremely heavy.

Q: Box dimension please of the 36”?

I do not know that one because I got the 48 inch one and it is huge. It holds a German Shepherd with room easily.

Q: Can the lower black pan be entered on top of the infill mesh?Basically my dog wont want to walk on or sleep on the metal

No. It slides underneath. Would not fit into crate. We put a rubber rug down and then his bed and blanket. Slides out easy for cleaning. Basically it’s a dog hair catcher
