Great candler to check upon my quail eggs

This light works great for darker eggs

I wanted to hold off doing this review until I had a couple hatch outs with my incubator. I can't suggest this candler enough. This light is a great price and perfect size to keep next to the incubator. It feels very well made and durable and it's brightness options are perfect for use. I was able to track my egg development and easily see which eggs were failed and when they stopped developing. I've already suggested this model to my father and would suggest it to others.

I was surprised at how bright this little candler is. You can easily candle even brown eggs with this device. Pros: - Very bright - Easily fits in your pocket for portability - rechargeable battery Be careful: - the battery comes with a little round protector on the flat end that is easy to miss. If you don't remove it, your candler will not work and you'll think it's broken. I didn't see this in the instructions although the instructions are VERY small. I included a picture showing the protector on the end. - The charger shows the battery fully charged even with the flat end protector in place. So this is misleading.
