I really enjoy these. I bought one in a store and it was so refreshing and made my shower feel like a spa treat so I had to get more. It does help with summer back breakouts but it isn’t a miracle cure. It did not run out of suds and has a great exfoliating side was able to use it in my whole body.

Open the package, put it on your hand and you're ready to go. This is absolutely a one-time use item though. One side of the mitt is for regular gentle cleansing and the other side is for exfoliation. I don't personally feel that it's a super rough, but it definitely gets the job done. The one thing I don't like is that it does fall apart while you're using it, so it isn't very sturdy at all. You will be squeaky clean when you are done so follow up with lotion.
