Hello.. yes it would be suitable .. the range goes up to about 150kg but you can reduce the weight to the resistance that suitable for you.. beat of luck 👍🏾

Q: What am I actually getting with this order

You get everything shown in the product pictures. A bar, some resistance bands, door anchors, foot anchors (for squats and bicep curls), a sort of handle thing that you can wrap around yourself to do a bench press, a bag and a few other bits and pieces. I think it's pretty decent, although doing squats felt dangerous.
